Accommodation Rates Tessies House
Minimum Stay 2 nights RATES AT TESSIES (for 2 guests in 1 bedroom) StandardSunday to Thursday - $295 per night Friday, Saturday & School Holidays - $325 per nightPeak Public Holidays, etc - $425 per night Peak includes Easter & Melbourne Cup - minimum stay 4 nights; Long Weekends - minimum Stay 3 nights; Christmas fortnight - minimum stay by negotiation. All rates are all inclusive with linen, towels, exclusive toiletries, etc and assumes 2 guests/1 bedroom. ExtrasExtra guest after first 2 guests - $50 per STAY not per night (stay 2 weeks and only pay $50) Extra bedroom if 2 guests are staying i.e. 2 bedrooms for 2 guests - $50 per stay (NOT per night) to cover extra linen, cleaning, etc Pet - $40 per per per stay NOT per night - to cover cleaning, etc - Tariff for longer stays is negotiableTessies House accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. To accommodate 8 guests you would need to also take Tessies Studio (King size bed & ensuite bathroom) BONUS If you are booking Tessies Studio at the same time as Tessies House, other than at Peak Times or when using a Special Offer, you get a 10% discount on the Studio rates. This means the rates for the Studio at these times are as follows: RATES FOR STUDIO WHEN TAKEN TOGETHER WITH TESSIES HOUSE 2 nights - $270; 3 nights - $405; 4 nights - $540;
5 nights - $675; 6 nights - $810; 7 nights - $945.
Longer stays are by negotiation and possible further reductions apply. DepositsThe deposit is two nights acommodation to be paid with Credit Card. We accept Visa & Mastercard. Balance to be paid on arrival. When booking for Peak Times full payment is required one month prior to arrival. If a cancellation is outside 30 days, a full refund is given – if less than 30 days the deposit is forfeited. A cancellation fee of $50 applies on all cancelled bookings-to cover credit card and administration costs. We reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to an extra night for late checkouts and accommodation left in a messy/untidy state. This includes unwashed dishes, smoking inside, damage to property, excessive dog hair or dirt on furniture and doggy droppings not picked up.

PLEASE NOTE - If you are booking Tessies Studio at the same time as Tessies House other than at peak times you get a 10% discount on the Studio rates.
