Tessies House

Minimum Stay 2 nights

Tessies House can sleep 2-6 guests in a king size bed, a queen size bed and 2 singles.

To accommodate more than 6 guests it is necessary to use Tessies Studio which has a king size bed.  The tariff is then calculated using both the House Rates and the Studio Rates.  Studio Rates are reduced by 20% in these circumstances other than at peak times.

Rates for up to 4 guests are as follows:

Sunday to Thursday - $250 per night

Friday & Saturday - $275 per night

This rate is all inclusive with linen, towels, exclusive toiletries, etc and assumes 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom.

- Extra adults $30 per person per night

- Extra childen (under 12) $20 per person per night

- If the 3rd bedroom is utilised there is an additional charge of $30 per stay to cover extra cleaning & linen

- Tariff for longer stays is negotiable

The deposit is one nights acommodation to be paid with Credit Card. We accept Visa & Mastercard.  Balance to be paid on arrival.  If a cancellation is outside 30 days, a full refund is given – if less than 30 days the deposit is forfeited.  A cancellation fee of $50 applies on all cancelled bookings-to cover credit card and administration costs.

Tessies house has a minimum charge as in Rates above which covers the first 4 people.  This rate also applies for less than 4 people.  So 2 guests can stay but the rate is the same as for 4 guests.  This is due to the living areas of the house being so big the cleaning costs are large regardless of whether 2 or 4 guests stay. 

PEAK RATES

Peak Rates at Tessies House are $375 per night for up to 4 people

At peak times minimum stays are lengthened.  Peak times are Christmas Fortnight - Minimum 7 nights stay, Easter - Minimum 4 nights stay, Melbourne Cup - Minimum 4 nights stay, Long Weekends (Queens Birthday, Labour Day & Australia Day) - Minimum 3 nights stay.

For Booking for Peak Times payment in full is required one month prior to arrival.

School holidays are at standard rates - we do not increase our rates for these times.

Tessies Studio

Minimum Stay 2 nights

For up to 2 people in a king size bed

Stay 2 to 4 nights and pay $150 per night

Stay 5 to 7 nights and pay $135 per night

2 nights $300 / 3 nights $450 / 4 nights $600
5 nights $675/ 6 nights $810 / 7 nights $945

Peak Rates at Tessies Studio are $175 per night

Peak periods are Christmas Fortnight-Minimum 7 nights, Easter-Minimum 4 nights, Melbourne Cup-Minimum 4 nights, Hot Rod-Minimum 2 nights, Australia Day-Minimum 3 nights, Labour Day - Minimum 3 nights,  Queens Birthday-Minimum 3 nights
